SIX BY NICO ANNOUNCE THEIR NEW CONCEPT

Nothing evokes such strong feelings of nostalgia as your childhood, espeically when it comes to food. And now, Six By Nico is about to tap into those emotions with its brand new concept.

Six by Nico opened on Argyle Street in Finnieston in March, and is home to a series of carefully curated and constantly evolving restaurant concepts. Every six weeks, chef Nico Simeone and his team will serve a brand new six-course tasting-menu, costing £25 per person, each themed upon a different place or memory.

From Monday 24th April – Sunday 4th June, Nico and his team are going to take us on a trip down memory lane to the comfort food of our childhoods. Their aim was to bring a menu together filled with fun, laughter and reminisce; recreating dishes inspired by their own childhoods.

 

The 6 course tasting menu is £25 per person and will be served from Monday 24th April to Sunday 4th June…

ICE CREAM
Chicken liver parfait / Spiced pear/ Ginger bread

EGG & SOLDIERS
Smoked haddock / Asparagus / Confit yolk

FISH FINGER
Sea Trout / Sesame / Avocado / Radish

MAC & CHEESE
Summer truffle / Sprouting brocolli / Glazed chicken wing

HAMBURGER
Pork cheek / Brioche / Charred gem / Burnt onion jus

VIENNETTA
White chocolate parfait / Rhubarb / “Pick n Mix” toppings
